I first put the Grungeboard through my Cuttlebug to emboss it (difficult to see in this picture, but double clicking on it may help to show it). I then painted it with a dark Twinkling H2O. Once dry, I stamped on a Tim Holtz swirl and embossed it with Distress embossing powder. To lift it a little, I added some copper outlines using a gel pen. Lastly, I cut the fringe, set the eyelet and added the ribbon.
