The background of this tag is acrylic paint, with hand-drawn circles stuck on it. I then added some more paint through a stencil and stuck on the silhouette, which outlined and wrote on.
ah, you know i always love circles and i love silhouettes... and here i see both:) we are having dog days here and i am sitting inside and lack energy;)
