My Documented Life - week 14

The theme for April is about colour and the challenge for this week was to use watercolours. I have not really used watercolours before but recently bought some, so this was a good time to experiment! I pulled out two pages from an old encyclopedia and proceeded to doodle. I painted the flowers in black acrylic and then set to work with the watercolours. I stuck the two pages into my journal and then added the birds (Dina Wakley stamps), branches and quotes. I think I'm going to like watercolours!
