Jackie!!! you would not describe this as ugly?!! i like the diagonal Motion of the twig and the contrasting Colors, not to speak of the well textured Background. (box your inner critic down, he is not right!)
i love the colors you choice a mix of warm and cool, movement and writing. perhaps you will like it more as the days unfold.
