The cover is mixed media - acrylic paints, moulding paste, pastels, pens and some collage. This is it before I have sewn in the pages.

Looks like a fabulous project.
Love your journal,it's wonderful making your own journals, I have made a few. Great idea to use different papers gives different effects.Your cover is awesome all the different layers and vibrant colours,love it.I've not been blogging as i have a problem with blogger it wont let me write a post,link or add photos so not been able to post my August Art Calendar pages, really annoying. xx
