Initially, I stuck scrap pieces of paper onto the page. I then applied a light layer of gesso over this and, once dry, sprayed various colours of Dylusions spray ink through stencils. I then drew my figures and added the words. I deepened the yellow by adding some Pan Pastel onto the background.

Yes, I think that most of us can relate to the second journal page, or we know someone that needs to know that they are perfect just the way they are. The outward appearance is not who we are, but the character and integrity that we live by is what and who we are. People that know and love us, never see the flaws that we see in ourselves.
