There's no business

The theme at Sunday Postcard Art this week is 'there's no business like show business'. I guess most people will think of the glitz and fame, and in a sense so did I, but I chose to reflect upon the detrimental effects of these rather than the glamour.

This is absolutely beautiful, Jackie. I love the richly textured background and the stamp of Marilyn. The film strip really sets it all off. I'm sure it's not fashionable to say that I love the song and the lyrics but even now they touch me and I am not past shedding a tear or two when I hear it.
I love the nostalgia this challenge is bringing up. Thanks for yours!!
