Notelets 2

Notelets 1

These are a set of four notelets I created.

I made the background by stamping lots of squares, using a home-made cardboard stamp, in different colours. For some of the squares, I scraped a small tree image into the paint before I stamped it.

Once dry, I scanned my background so that I can use it more than once. I printed a copy, cut it into four, and added the four quarters to some white card. I then stamped the large images over the background.

Shelter

A little while ago I started a course called 'Shelters' by Mary Gregory. I haven't done much of it but this is a page I produced in my flimsy journal.

Rough & ready!

If you've been wondering where I'd gone, our internet was disconnected and we were without it for 10 days. It's like having an arm cut off!

Anyway, this is a very quick journal page using acrylic paint, collage and oil pastels.
