This journal page has spray ink stamped from a stencil as the background. I used one of Dina Wakley's stamps, some of my own decorative tape and the paper stars to decorate it.

This page created using mainly scraps - leftover paint, and pieces of paper used to protect my table whilst creating other pieces.

The background of this page was created using Fresco Paints. I then added some tape, including some of my own cut in half, and bits of ephemera I had tucked away.

Painty circles

I made these circles to collage into my journals etc. I painted them with my fingers, starting with a base of one colour and then adding two or three others.

The Documented Life - week 18

The prompt for week 18 was to add an inspiring quote to your page.

I created my background by printing from my Gelli Plate. I then added various pieces of ephemera.

The Documented Life - week 17

The prompt for this week was to add a favourite pair of shoes. I used a picture of my brightly coloured socks instead!

I used Prismacolor pencils and Sansodor to create the background on these pages. I then added various bits & pieces e.g. rub-ons, decorated deli paper, doodles etc.

Two journal pages

For the first page I applied the orange paint and once dry, I applied a layer of purple paint. I then put the bird masks on top and wiped off the paint around them with a baby wipe. I stamped the head and stuck it on the page, added the clothes and coloured her face.

For the second page, having applied a first layer of paint I added the light blue paint through a stencil. The girl's dress is created from deli paper.
