A simple journal page
I really like this page and I think it's because the composition works so well. Simple is often best. What do you think?

Another strong woman
I used a stencil to create this face, but I had a bad headache at the time and I think this shows through in the strength of the lines!I don't like her, but then I don't like headaches either!

Live & let die
I started this page by sticking on scrap pieces of brown paper. Then came strips of washi tape. I then blended it all together using acrylic paint. I used spray ink through a Dina Wakley stencil to create the ferns and the added the final details with various pens.

Face whatever life throws at you
I own up now, like my post yesterday, I used a stencil to create the face on this journal page but then embellished it with more pen work. I like how it turned out.

Scary or determined?
I created this page using Distress Paints for the background and then Colorwash through the face stencil. I then added all the detail with various pens. Not sure what it is, but I think she looks scary (although, perhaps a bit less on screen than the actual one in my journal!). She certainly looks determined.

A simple tag
The background was crated using Dylusion spray inks. I then stamped the words and added a touch of colour to some of them.

There are always flowers
I decorated this large tag by spraying Dylusions ink onto the card. Once dry I stamped the flowers & quote (Jo Firth Young at Paper Artsy) and then coloured the flowers with acrylic paint pens. As a last touch, I added the white highlights and the frame.
