We have just come back from Italy, having had a lovely holiday. It was rather stressful at times, however, as our flight was cancelled due to the French Air Traffic Control strike. We had to wait three and a half days for another flight and finally reached home at 3am on Sunday morning. Did I sleep, of course not! Too much thinking and so, of course, I felt rubbish yesterday. Even last night, I was thinking instead of sleeping, even though I kept telling myself to 'just stop'!

Two journal pages
For the first page I applied the orange paint and once dry, I applied a layer of purple paint. I then put the bird masks on top and wiped off the paint around them with a baby wipe. I stamped the head and stuck it on the page, added the clothes and coloured her face.
For the second page, having applied a first layer of paint I added the light blue paint through a stencil. The girl's dress is created from deli paper.
