More silhouettes
I am just loving playing with these Dylusions stencils and masks. Here is another page in my A4 journal. I made it using a combination of acrylic and spray paints.

Another silhouette
Did I say how much I love these silhouettes?!!!
To start this page, I used spray inks and stencils to create patterns on the paper. I then placed one of the silhouette masks on the page and painted various colours of acrylic paint around it. Once I was happy, I added the white script outside the body and the black inside it. I then shaded the body with watered down acrylic paint and added the words.

Silhouette
This time I used the mask, surrounding it in black paint to create the outline.
In case you are wondering, I deliberately made the writing illegible. My writing isn't great, but it's not quite as bad as this!

Silhouette journal page
I recently bought the silhouette stencils from Dylusions. I love them! Here is a journal page where I used one of them. I think you may be seeing a lot more of these is days to come!

Trust your inner voice
Unusual colours for me, but I like how this piece turned out.

And the next four pages ...
I have deliberately digitally blurred the writing on the next page, as it was quite personal, so it doesn't look quite like this in real life!

My true and the questions journal
Here is the next installment of my 'My true and the questions' journal (see my post on 7th January for an explanation).
The first pages started out quite plain, but I added the colourful words and tapes, as well as the doodles with water-soluble oil pastels, to give some colour.

Embrace imperfection
This tag was created by first applying a wash of acrylic paint and then dripping a contrasting colour down the it. Once dry, I scraped thick acrylic paint through a stencil to create the pattern and texture.I added the words adn ribbon to finish it off.

Believe in beautiful
I made this piece using elements from the 'Believe in Beautiful' kit by Captivated Visions, but I have altered them quite a lot to get the effect I wanted.

Decorated newspaper
I got the inspiration for these pieces from Julie Fei-Fan Balzer.
They started out as a page of the Guardian Newspaper. I tore it in half and covered both sides of each piece with gesso. Then it was just fun! Lots of acyrlic paint in lots of colours applied through stencils, with the occasional spay of Color Wash or Crafty Notions' matte white spray. On the first piece I used a white pen to outline some of the patterns.

Two more ATCs
These were made using the same techniques as yesterday, except that I added the canvas birds to them instead of the tape.

Come in number 23!
Here are three ATCs I made. I started them in the same way as the ones I posted on 1st March. I then coloured parts of the stamped image and the edges red. Lastly, I added the washi tape and words. I just need to flatten them now!

Four ATCs
I started these Artist Trading Cards by spraying them with Dylusions Inks. Once dry, I stamped the script stamp onto the background to give more depth. I then painted the leaves and outlined them with brown pen. Lastly, I added the words and outlined them with the same brown pen.
